1) Important:
Please carefully review these Terms & Conditions. By accessing this website, you are consenting to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please note that Custom Packaging Deals retains the right to alter, amend, or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
2) We understand that you may need to return a product or cancel an order. Our policy covers these actions for all Peak Packaging orders while preserving your legal rights under Consumer Protection Acts.
3) Refunds & Returns:
Given the customized nature of Custom Packaging Deals’s products and services, we encourage clients to promptly report any discrepancies or faults in received orders. Kindly share your feedback at quotes@packagingpeak.com within 3 working days of order receipt.
4) Company-Identified Defects:
If a product fault is confirmed, the company will reprint the entire order. Our decision on defect assessment and responsibility is final. Customers must return the complete order within 7 working days, covering the shipping cost. To expedite the reprint process, please provide digital photographs as evidence of defects, along with supporting documents.
5) Order Cancellation Policy:
Once your proof is approved, we promptly initiate the printing process in our press department. It’s important to note that you have a 24-hour window to cancel your order following proof approval. Cancellation charges amount to 5% of the total order payment, and this fee increases the longer you delay the cancellation. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours, a 50% fee will apply, covering the time and resources expended in preparing your order.
However, after 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. If you still wish to cancel your order after it has entered the press processing stage, no refund will be provided. Alternatively, we offer a complimentary warehouse facility, allowing us to ship your order when needed.
6) Order Shipping and Delivery
- Please be aware that all production and delivery dates provided are estimates only.
- Shipping and delivery are handled by third-party couriers and freight companies.
- Custom Packaging Deals strives to prevent delays but is not liable for consequential damages due to delays.
- Rush charges may be refunded or waived in case of delays (if applicable).
- Customers cannot cancel orders due to delays.
- Custom Packaging Deals is not responsible for damages during shipping; claims should be directed to the courier.
- In case of damaged products, Custom Packaging Deals will assist in claiming compensation.
- Production costs may change based on material, labor, and other factors.
- Customers are responsible for shipping, clearance fees, duties, and taxes.
- Shipping costs may change based on various factors.
- Additional charges may apply for specific shipping conditions.
- Customers must provide necessary information for shipping and customs clearance.
- Non-compliance with shipping procedures may result in fees or penalties, for which Custom Packaging Deals disclaims liability.
7) Defective Products and Liability:
Custom Packaging Deals defines a product as defective if it exhibits structural or printing errors originating from manufacturing or improper construction, cut, or finish, excluding the following:
- Cracking due to over-expansion in paperboard material (resulting from the nature of paperboard).
- Minor cracking increased areas for non-laminated cardstock (considered normal).
- Cracks, bends, or scratches due to mishandling or shipping.
- Specifications variances within 2.5%, including style, dimensions, material, print options, print layout, and finishing.
- Variances in color and density, even when different from any proof provided.
8) Customer-Submitted Artwork or Graphics:
Please note that Custom Packaging Deals is not responsible for any issues arising from customer-submitted artwork or graphics.
9) Color Mode and Image Quality:
Custom Packaging Deals does not accept responsibility for any color shifts resulting from conversions between RGB and CMYK color modes. To ensure optimal results, all artwork, designs, and images should be supplied in CMYK color mode, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at a 1:1 scale.
